The bill authorizes a record $1.15 trillion in military spending, despite concerns from Democrats over its cost, the Iran conflict, and provisions aimed at strengthening Pentagon ties with Israel.
💻 Weakness in semiconductor stocks dragged the Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 lower, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average posted modest gains despite a sharp rise in crude oil prices.
