🔹 According to media reports, the regulatory authority has asked the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA) to identify companies that can immediately supply Ifosfamide Injection. It is a generic chemotherapy drug used in the treatment of several cancers, including testicular, bladder, and lung cancer.
🔹 On Monday, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq closed lower. Weakness in megacap technology stocks, particularly Alphabet, weighed on the markets, while investors continued monitoring developments related to U.S.–Iran talks.
🔹 On Tuesday as well, most Asian markets are trading weaker as investors remain focused on updates regarding the U.S.–Iran discussions.
🔹 Crude oil prices remain stable. Reports of progress in U.S.–Iran peace talks have increased expectations of additional crude supply. Brent Crude is trading around $78 per barrel.
