🔹 U.S. equity markets closed flat, while European markets recorded gains of 0.50% to 0.79%.

🔹 Indian companies may raise nearly $100 billion through External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) in FY 2026–27, exceeding the record $61.18 billion raised in FY 2024–25.
🔹 The Reserve Bank of India has increased the per-borrower ECB limit from $750 million to $1 billion. Eligible companies can now raise up to $1 billion or 300% of their net worth (whichever is higher).
🔹 On Tuesday, U.S. markets recovered from early weakness and closed with modest gains, supported by technology and financial stocks.
🔹 Asian markets are trading with a positive bias amid holiday-thinned activity, although AI-sector volatility continues to keep investors cautious.
